Abstract
The product of education is a continuous process of learning. It is also common belief that learning is strongly associated with the teaching process. According to the author, this is not the case because most of the learning is achieved through practical experience. In this paper, the author discusses various aspects of learning, i.e. continuous learning, common learning, effective learning and quality learning. A learning plan is also presented in order to indicate how to develop a quality professional within the framework of a continuous improvement learning cycle.
