Abstract
The objective of this work is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the innovation capacity of information technology service companies in Brazil, with emphasis on the role of the quality infrastructure functions in strengthening this capacity. We have drawn the data from the National Innovation Survey 2014 (Pintec 2014) to answer how the companies in this sector perceive the importance of quality infrastructure functions in their cycles of innovation, to highlight the benefits derived from the existence of such infrastructure in Brazil.
