Abstract

Rationale: Nutritional care process involves different phases, such as nutritional screening and assessment, nutritional intervention and quality management of the nutritional assistance provided1. Indicators for assessing nutritional therapy quality include different stages of the nutrition care process. In cancer patients, the assurance of quality is essential considering the impact of nutritional status on prognosis 2,3. The aim of the current report is to assess the quality of care provided by nutrition in a chemotherapy clinic.
