Abstract
There is extensive thrust on understanding of quality in various processes/ products. Most of this requires keen documentation and work regarding experimentation, which again requires penning down of proceedings of experimentations, results, learning and so on. However little thrust has gone to the tools which facilitated this process.How quality of penning down impacts the quality of documentation is reviewed in this work. It involves customer focus, and is met essentially by the producer and not customer. Thus elaborating the limitation prescribed by virtue of definition of Juran’s quality, it improvises the thinking towards the more evidenced definition of Quality.This work reviews the types of pens w.r.t quality and customers requirements.
