Abstract
Background: School healthcare service standards and quality are the crucial factors for a development of a healthy lifestyle health of younger generation of the country. The goal of the study is an evaluation of the health care quality in schools.Methods: The paper discusses the evaluation of the quality of health care which is provided for school children in different parts of Russia. Assessment of the school health services is performed using the unified WHO recommendations in 21 schools.Results: The study revealed the similar pattern of problems concerning health services in schools located in different regions of the country, specifically: the absence of modern federal rules; shortage of medical professionals and their low sallary; insufficient medical equipment; inadequate list of medical services.Conclusions: This study gives the evidence for the necessity to develop a general strategy of measures to be implemented to solve the problems. The measures should include the regular trainings of medical professionals, determination of the list of basic services to be provided in schools, improvement of the medical equipment.

Медицинские работники имеют возможность повышать свой профессиональный уровень, однако в регионах не были разработаны специальные программы для врачей-педиатров и фельдшеров по вопросам организации и оказания медицинской помощи в образовательных организациях и охраны здоровья обучающихся. Органам исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации в сфере здравоохранения следует решить вопросы лекарственного обеспечения медицинских блоков школ (аптечки для медицинских кабинетов, пищеблоков, физкультурных залов, кабинетов технологий, а также на время спортивных соревнований и турпоходов) в соответствии с перечнями посиндромных укладок медикаментов и перевязочных материалов для оказания неотложной медицинской помощи детям, во всех образовательных организациях. 4. Низкая информатизация школьных служб здравоохранения Отделения медицинской помощи обучающимся не имеют систем безопасного хранения, управления и использования индивидуальных медицинских данных, что делает невозможным мониторинг тенденции в состоянии здоровья детей, оценку качества работы ОМПО, в т.ч. Помещения и оснащение Медицинский блок соответствует требованиям СанПиН 2.4.2.2821-10 «Санитарно-эпидемиологические требования к условиям и организации обучения, содержания в общеобразовательных организациях»5: 3.1 Помещения медицинского назначения размещены на первом этаже 3.2 Кабинет врача длиной 7 м, площадью не менее 21 м2
