Abstract

AbstractThere are various approaches to maintain and improve quality in a manufacturing industry. Quality Control in the automotive industry is increasingly competitive and challenging without a system based on tools, as quality control basic tools. The paper includes a brief introduction to the automotive industry and the differences between quality control and quality assurance, because these two often create confusion.
