Abstract

P Roberts, S Smith School of Physiotherapy, Manchester Royal Infirmary Increasing the recruitment of students from underrepresented groups and improving the quality of students' experience are currently key issues in higher education. There is little literature that examines the needs and experiences of male students in physiotherapy education. This exploratory study takes a qualitative approach aimed at capturing some aspects of the reality of life for men undertaking undergraduate physiotherapy education.
