Abstract

The article describes the research conducted on qualitative cleaning of pomegranate juice using electro flotation, method of cleaning juice, also results of conducted experiment and other results related to this research. As a result of the research, it was found that the method of electroflotation provides effective irrigation of pomegranate juice. Factors affecting the electroflocation process were determined and their alternative values were found. Organoleptic analysis was conducted with the participation of scientific staff and showed that electroflotation processing improves the appearance and taste of pomegranate juice.
