Abstract
In this paper we extend our investigation of expanding, rotating, shearing Bianchi type IX universes to the most general possible case. As in a previous paper, we use the techniques of Arnowitt, Deser, and Misner. We are able to show that the conclusion made in that paper is true in general, i.e. rotation changes the singularity of type IX universes very little.
