Abstract
Qualitative content analysis as described in published literature shows conflicts opinions and unsolved issuesregarding meaning and use of concepts, procedure and interpretation in primary health care. This paper providesan overview of important concepts related to qualitative content analysis; illustrations the use of concepts relatedto the research procedure, and proposes measure to achieve community health nurses and community healthworker in rural areas throughout the steps of the research procedure.
