Abstract
This paper is about environmental evaluation by user. Quality of common outdoor space effects quality of housing. Six components are selected for this evaluation. These are; main entrance, footpath, children playground, common outdoor sitting, views from the window of daily living room for low-rise and high-rise housing blocks. Those components are studied with their some relative qualitative attributes such as locations, linking and joining elements, greenery, outdoor furniture, lighting, materials, avoiding from hazards and the like.
