Abstract

The US Tax Court, on May 14, held (in a summary, or nonprecedential, opinion) that an individual cannot claim the benefit of a qualified tuition waiver because he was not an employee during the time the tuition was waived nor a former employee who retired (Voigt v. Commissioner).
