Abstract

The objective of the work was to determine the incidence of plants pathogens in soybeans produced in Mato-Grosso during the period of the crop. Samples of soybeans from the varieties TMG1179RR, W787RR, GB874RR, TMG132RR and MSoy9144RR, obtained in three periods of crop (January, February and March) from the city of Feliz Natal, had their sanity analyzed by the blotter test. The results revealed incidence of Fusarium spp., Colletotrichum spp., Cercospora spp. and Bipolaris sp. at the variety TGM1179RR. On the variety W787RR it showed Fusarium spp., Colletotrichum spp., Cercospora spp. and Rhizopus sp.; and Colletotrichum spp, Cercospora spp., Fusarium spp., Cladosporium sp., Aspergillus sp., Bipolaris sp., Corynespora sp., one unidentified ascomycete (UA) and Curvularia sp. were identified in GB874RR. On the TMG132RR, the test demonstrated the occurrence of Cladosporium sp., Cercospora spp., Colletotrichum spp., Aspergillus sp., Fusarium spp., Bipolaris sp., Corynespora sp., Curvularia sp. and (UA). And on the variety Msoy9144RR it found Aspergillus sp., Cladosporium sp., Colletotrichum spp., Fusarium spp., Cercospora spp., Bipolaris sp. and Curvularia sp.. The fungus Colletotrichum spp. appears as the higher incidence, being present in 38% of all the soybeans analyzed, followed by Fusarium spp., Cladosporium sp., Cercospora spp., Aspergillus sp., Bipolaris sp., Corynespora sp., UA, Curvularia sp. and Rhizopus sp. It checked the presence of more than one species of the genders Colletotrichum, Fusarium and Cercospora. February was the period of crop that presented the higher incidence, in which nine different genders of fungi infected the grains of the varieties TMG132RR and GB874RR.
