Abstract
The experiment results of continuous wave (CW) and Q- switching running laser using semiconductor laser pumped Yb:YAG crystal have been achieved. The internal cavity second- harmonic generation of laser diode pumped Yb:YAG crystal has beenobtained with a LBO and a stable green light of 515nm has been output.
