Abstract

Conventional superstring amplitudes in flat space exhibits exponential fall off at wide angle in stark contrast to the parton behavior found in QCD power law behavior. Polchinski's and Strasseler's resolution of this conflict via String/Gauge duality is extended to the phenomenologically interesting M-theory model of glueballs and to elucidate the origin of the hard Pomeron.
