Abstract
It’s a disappointing fact that the top decision makers in too many businesses consist of white, middle‐aged men. This is despite phenomenal changes in the labour force over the past 20‐30 years. This is an alarming situation, for ethical reasons and because it reinforces a “blinkered”, narrowly focused management culture that stifles the ability to identify market opportunities, both at home and overseas.
