Abstract
Abstract It is shown that calibration of a pyroelectric pulse ionizing-radiation detector should be performed not in IR-, but in ionizing radiation fluxes; the contribution of both components-neutrons and gamma-quanta-should be taken into account in the pyroelectric detector response to mixed radiation. The background signal should also be measured and taken into account.
