Abstract

Abstract Antimony sulphur iodide (SbSI), in the ferroelectric phase below 20°C belongs to the orthorhombic point group symmetry mm2 and has very large pyroelectric coefficient, piezoelectric strain coefficients (d33) and dielectric constant along the polar c-axis.
