Abstract
AbstractThis paper describes the synthesis of several pyrazolo[3, 4‐d]pyrimidines and tricyclic compounds with an imidazole, triazole or tetrazole ring fused to the pyrazolo[3, 4‐d]pyrimidine ring system, in an angular position (C‐4 and N‐5). All compounds reported herein contain the same substituent as “Lonidamine”, namely the 2, 4‐dichlorobenzyl group, attached to the pyrazole nucleus.
