Abstract
A PVT data base evaluation methodology is presented for use in very accurate equation of state development. The methods given are to screen for the most accurate PVT data. The essence of the procedures relies on internal and external data consistency tests. Procedures focus on pure, binary and multicomponent PVT data evaluation using the methane, methane-nitrogen and natural gas mixture data bases to demonstrate the methods.
