Abstract

Dynamic calibration problem of PVDF piezoelectric film sensor, this paper puts forward a dynamic calibration method based on negative step response method, established the mechanics model of negative step force calibration device, verify the PVDF piezoelectric film force sensor impact dynamic calibration method is feasible, negative step force calibration device was established by ADAMS model, and its performance is simulated, based on the negative step force calibration device set up negative step force calibration system, completed the PVDF piezoelectric film sensor's dynamic calibration. The experimental results show that the negative step force calibration device adopts hydraulic drive method, load input and output signal can be consistent, R square value is 0.9989, the linear error is small, high measurement precision, thus proving the piezoelectric thin film force sensor impact of quasi static and dynamic calibration method is feasible and of PVDF piezoelectric film sensor provides an important theory and dynamic calibration reference.
