Abstract
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a rare and serious drug eruption. Hydroxychloroquine (HC) is rarely implicated. Herein we report a case of late-onset AGEP induced by hydroxychloroquine. A favourable outcome was obtained after withdrawal of the drug. PEAG as a reaction to HC is rare. It is characterized by a long onset time and slow resolution.
