Abstract
1. 1. A case of purpura simplex from ingestion of antihistaminic drugs is presented. 2. 2. In the same patient, some of the antihistamines may cause purpura, while others may not. 3. 3. The dose of the drug used need not be excessive, nor need it be used for an extended period to produce this effect.
