Abstract

Objective:To study the optimal purification process for gathering and purifying asperosaponin VI fromDipsacus asper Wall.with AB-8macroporous resin.Methods:With the dynamic and static absorption and desorption rate of asperosaponin VI as indices,the performance of asperosaponin VI from Dipsacus asper Wall.was investigated with AB-8macroporous resin.Results:The optimal purification process of asperosaponin VI from Dipsacus asper Wall.was as follows:solid content of sample solution was 0.08g/ml,absorption capacity of 1g macroporous resin was 1.2g crude drug.Then,30%and70%ethanol solutions were used to remove impurities and desorb asperosaponin VI,all with a volume of 3columns and a flow rate of 200ml/h.The yield of enriched extract was 8.93%,the content of asperosaponin VI in the extract was(65.32±1.73)%,and diversion rate of asperosaponin VI was 95%.Conclusion:The purification process could effectively purify asperosaponin VI from Dipsacus asper Wall..
