Abstract

This paper outlines the case report of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) presenting with two immune dysregulation phenomena, Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) and Pure Red Cell Aplasia (PRCA) in the same patient. CLL, despite an immune deficient state, harbors autoimmunity presenting in the form of cytopenias. Autoimmune cytopenias are associated with poor prognosis and warrant different therapeutic approach.
