Pure laparoscopic living donor liver transplantation: Prowess or progress?

Abstract

In the current issue of AJT, Suh et al. report the first case of pure laparoscopic living donor liver transplantation, including native liver explantation and graft implantation. The procedure was successful with both donor (graft also procured by a pure laparoscopic approach of course) and recipient discharged without early complications.
