Abstract
Pure Chloride 2D/3D Heterostructures In article number 2200189, Zhanhua Wei, Jinxin Yang, and co-workers, applied long-chain dodecylammonium chloride (DACl) to treat the perovskite surface and improve the device performance. The DACl-treated perovskite forms a pure chloride DA2PbCl4 2D perovskite, which can passivate defects, improve carrier separation, and optimize the energy alignment between perovskite film and hole transport layer. As a result, the power conversion efficiency and long-term stability are significantly improved.
