Puppets can be a tremendous tool for story telling and are great for engaging the attention of a large group of children. However you decide to use your puppets, you don't have to be a ventriloquist – children's imaginations will do it all, says Kim Benham, senior manager at Sparkles Pre-School in Croydon.
