Abstract

The article concentrates on learning experience as a factor that shapes people's attitude towards lifelong learning. Literature analysis demonstrated a gap in the understanding the experience of adults going through alternative education. The study analysis, the experience of adults who were educated in Poland at home in times of compulsory education system. The studies are carried out on the basis of biographical analysis using biographical narrative interviews by Schütz. The method falls within the quality methodology and concentrates on exact parts in the respondent's biography.
