Abstract
Taking into account the everyday reality that when a criminal act is committed, the civil society of which the perpetrator is a part, considers it reprehensible, taking into account the relation of the act to the own value system of that society, and thus arises the question "who and how will he have to bear the consequences of this injury?", this article tries to identify and analyze the possible ways of carrying out justice in the event of a criminal act, pointing the needs of the victims at the center of the analysis.
