Abstract

A 20-year-old woman with bilateral nonpalpable radial pulse had radioisotope angiography on the neck and thoracic inlet, which demonstrated nonvisualization of the bilateral subclavian arteries on the dynamic phase in comparison with the images on the blood pool phase. Digital subtraction angiography showed severe narrowing of the right subclavian artery and complete obstruction of the left subclavian artery
