Abstract
Abstract It is known that manometer gages of conventional design are subject to errors when the gas-pressure differential is pulsating. In this paper, various factors contributing to the production of such errors are analyzed and the requirements for their elimination established. A differential manometer capable of indicating the true time-mean of a pulsating head is described.
