Abstract
肺神经内分泌细胞（PNEC）是支气管上皮中的一群特异性分化的细胞。近来，越来越多的实验证明了肺神经内分泌细胞在支气管哮喘（哮喘）的发病机制中起着重要作用。PNEC系统受神经支配，主要通过分泌神经递质，影响哮喘的发生发展。靶向神经/PNEC系统/神经递质轴，为哮喘治疗提供了新思路。.
