Abstract
目的 探讨肺霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）患者的临床特点。 方法 报道1例原发于肺的HL患者的临床表现、诊断治疗及随访，并进行相关文献复习。 结果 经皮肺穿刺活组织病理检查，结合临床表现和影像学分析，有助于尽早明确诊断，治疗采用表柔比星+博来霉素+长春地辛+达卡巴嗪（ABVD）方案，疗效满意。 结论 原发于肺的HL少见，影像学无特异性征象，临床不易判断，早期在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺，对确定诊断有明确作用。
