Abstract

Pulmonary blastomas are malignant tumors characterized by glands and/or mesenchyme that microscopically resemble the glycogen-rich tubules or embryonic stroma seen in fetal lung of 10–16 weeks gestation (the pseudoglandular stage of lung development) [1].
