Abstract
Nowadays, the issue of implementing Public-Private Partnership in different spheres of community life become extremely actual. In the article the essence of the concept Public-Private Partnership is described on the basis of analysis of scientific literature and legislation of Ukraine. Also, the core principles of Public-Private Partnership are justified. Another topic which has been explored is forms of realization of Public-Private Partnership in Ukraine and their legislative consolidation. Furthermore, authors propose to expand spheres of realization of Public-Private Partnership by implementing this institution in security and defense sector.
