Therefore, international marine transportation is often faced with multiple risks, which requires risk assessment and response measures in advance in multiple processes. Based on this, this paper first studies the development status of international maritime transport, then analyzes the connotation and process of risk assessment of public policy of international maritime transport, and finally gives the risk assessment and countermeasures of public policy of international maritime transport.
