Abstract

NASA is holding six “town meetings” in November and December to discuss the agency's future. According to NASA, the purpose of the open meetings is to discuss the new vision of the agency with the public, to make contact with businesses that do not now participate in NASA programs, and to seek input on how NASA can reach its goals more cheaply and effectively.NASA Administrator Daniel Goldin and other agency officials will attend the meetings, along with local reesearchers and business figures.
