Abstract

Abstract This chapter addresses various issues which arise in relation to public law liability associated with the regulation and use of medicines, including the bodies that might potentially be subject to public law obligations, the practice and procedure for bringing a public law claim, and specific instances of public law and human rights liability that might arise in the medicines context.
