Abstract
Poland has the eighth largest economy and one of the most dynamic in the European Union . For the sake of building innovation, a development system oriented to the modernization era is needed. Poland adopted a technology development strategy through centralized guidance and implementation, a form of the National Innovation System (NIS), so a system was developed that could advance the Polish state. One of the developing systems is the Health care system . The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the type of data used is secondary data, and data collection methods with literature study. The public health care system applied in Poland has been implemented quite well. Good implementation is marked by the use of electronic concepts in various fields. NFZ as the health authority in Poland provides solutions through the health service system
