Abstract

In the development of society and the nation education plays a crucial role. Quality education is a pillar to the country's development as a whole. There are many players who are imparting education in the country. They are Public schools, Private schools, and Semi government schools. In this paper, the core focus was on evaluating the education`s quality in terms of level of reading, writing, speaking skill, availability of infrastructure, teacher’s devotion, and technological capabilities in both types of the schools in Bhagalpur district of Bihar state. The primary data was collected using a random sampling procedure.. Study has conducted on 400 samples. An analysis of the data was performed using a T test. In study it was found that reading, writing, and speaking skills of students of private school was better than that of government school students. In Privately run schools, the quality of education is much better than in schools run by the government. In terms of technology, privately run schools were equipped with smart technology. Teachers of the private schools found dedicated, devoted toward their duty. Government schools lacked infrastructure.
