Abstract
商購質子交換膜燃料電池膜電極組常以Nafion作為其膜材,而Gore所研發之PTFE/Nafion複合膜具有較低成本、高機械強度、高尺寸安定性與耐高溫等特性,本研究主以自製PTFE/Nafion複合膜進行膜電極組之製備、分析與特性分析,並利用加速老化測試與即時的電化學分析方法進行老化研究。 本研究主以噴塗法製作catalyst coated membrane(CCM),輔以滴塗法(ink drop coating)進行製備方法之探討,揭露製備方法對CCM性能之影響;於操作參數中發現PTFE/Nafion複合膜特有的膜材濕潤程度對氫氣穿透量的影響,進而影響開路電壓結果,並提出其機制;加速老化測試中更是發現了PTFE/Nafion複合膜特有之內阻增加現象,輔以Nafion之CCM驗證其特殊性,並提出內阻增加之機制。
