Abstract

A 40-year-old gentleman was admitted with history of bullet injury to neck with bullet lodged in the ramus of mandible. He sustained fracture mandible with fracture of C2 transverse foramen. He had no neurological deficit at the time of admission and a cerebral digital subtraction angiogram was done to assess the vascular system of head and neck.
