Abstract
In the working population of pre-retirement age in Volgograd and the Volgograd region, studies of psychophysiological stability, individual features of the organization of the nervous system and the functional state of the sensorimotor sphere were performed. The majority of persons of the surveyed individuals living in areas with hypo comforted conditions shown decrease in psychophysiological stability. In pre-pensioners living in areas with precomfort conditions, involutionary mental depression manifests itself more significantly than if the aging body is affected by negative exogenous factors of a complex socio-ecological situation. The development of situational symptoms must be considered when follow-up surveys of people over 50 years old.

На которых негативное влияние природно-экологических факторов на здоровье населения проявляется либо кратковременно и выражено незначительно (прекомфортные условия), либо осложняют нормальные условия труда, быта и отдыха населения (гипокомфортные). Волгоград набрал 159 баллов из 360 возможных [5]. Волгограда с различными социально-экологическими (удовлетворительные, неудовлетворительные) и территориальными (город, сельские районы) условиями жизни осуществлялся на основе совпадения субъективной оценки качества жизни, проживающих в этих районах людей старшего возраста (683 респондента) и оценки комфортности проживания по данным доклада «О состоянии окружающей среды Волгоградской области в 2019 году» [2]. С соблюдением основных биоэтических правил и требований были сформированы группы наблюдения (выборка) методом простого случайного отбора (табл.).
