Abstract
Monika Boekholt and Simone Cottin, Infantile psychopathology and the elaboration of the depressive position : a projective clinical perspective. Starting from the field of infantile psychopathology and the projective approach, the authors propose to center their reflection on the organizational axes of psychic life before the appearance of oedipal constructions. In so doing, they evoke three very different clinical examples : hysteria, psychosis and the consequences of a severe somatic disturbance to underline the key position of the elaboration of the depressive position in the appearance or the extinction of pathological processes.
