Abstract
This study provides psychometric data on the Inviting School Safety Survey (Lehr & Purkey (1997). The instrument's factor structure, internal consistency, and comparison with the Invitational Education Model (Purkey, 1978; Purkey & Novak, 1984, 1996; Purkey & Schmidt, 1987; Purkey & Stanley, 1991) are examined.
