The purpose of the article is to study the ratio of conducive and obstructive factors to the manifestation of a person’s creativity. The characteristics of the creativity of modern managers are determined by a unique ratio of conducive and obstructive factors, according to which the impossibility of making independent decisions is an obstructive factor for them; and the freedom to express their thoughts is an conducive factor, the fear of making mistakes and the fear of criticism are obstructive factors; and the spark of new thoughts and ideas, the inspiration and enthusiasm to create new ideas are considered to be conducive factors. Such a correlation of contributing and hindering factors of personal creativity is the basis for developing a new model of studying and developing personal creativity. Thus, the creativity study model is built from the level of creativity, standards, personal qualities of creativity, the relationship between them, the factors contributing to and hindering creativity, their unique relationship.
