Abstract
ABSTRACTThe aim pursued in this article is twofold: (i) to introduce the concept of psychological poetry as a separate entity and as a complement to the subject of poetic reflections of psychological content already presented by the author in the past. Consequently, a definition of psychological poetry will be conveyed and the inherent qualities and the inherent functions of this concept will be stated and explained. (ii) to provide some examples of poetic reflections of psychological content that satisfy the above mentioned conditions and to identify the settings to which they can be applied. Furthermore, the special facets or characteristics which represent psychological poetry will be summarised.
