Abstract

Introduction. Today's conditions increase the importance of studying the organizational and psychological factors behind adolescents' orientation towards leadership, in particular, the types of their educational institutions. Aim: to empirically investigate the psychological features of adolescents’ orientation towards leadership in relation to the type of educational institution. Methods. Questionnaires and mathematical statistics. Results. The type of educational institution as an organizational and psychological factor affects in a special way the psychological characteristics of adolescent students oriented towards leadership. Conclusions. The obtained results can be used in training the staff of educational organizations for the psychological support of adolescents oriented towards leadership.
