Abstract

Objective To observe the psychological effects of humanistic rehabilitation care on patients with aged skeletal muscle injury.Methods 29 patients with aged skeletal muscle injury from December 2005 to April 2012 were randomly chosen and treated with humanistic rehabilitation nursing intervention including standard,movement,music and health education.Symptom Check-list 90 was used to compare patients'psychological health level before and after the intervention.Results The total score of SCL-90 of patients with aged skeletal muscle injury after humanistic rehabilitation care was (166.08 ±47.21),in which the score of somatization was (1.81 ± 0.57),compulsion (1.84 ± 0.69),interpersonal sensitivity (1.88 ± 0.47),depression (1.73 ± 0.52),anxiety (1.55 ± 0.16),horror (1.41 ± 0.45) and psychotic (1.45 ± 0.55).And all of the scores were higher than those before humanistic rehabilitation care,which were respectively (145.13 ±19.57),(2.36±0.82),(2.27 ±0.84),(2.11 ±0.27),(2.23±0.75),(2.09 ±0.62),(1.78 ±0.55) and (1.69 ±0.23).The differences were statistically significant (t =2.208,2.966,2.130,2.285,2.950,4.542,2.804,2.168,respectively; P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic rehabilitation care can significantly improve the psychological heahh level of patients with aged skeletal muscle injury.
